Video gadgets default to refreshing every 1.5 seconds, but you can change the default here. You can also set the refresh rate on a per-gadget basis in the gadget's properties.
The minimum refresh time is 0.5 seconds.
The default amount of time groov View will wait for a response from a device before retrying. Defaults to 5 seconds, and can be overridden per device in the Manage Devices page.

Common ports are 25 and 587 for mail servers using STARTTLS or no connection security, or 465 for those using SSL.
The email address you want groov View to send email as. Some services might ignore this.
If your mail service requires authentication (most do), the username goes here.
